Kevin Cormier is one of Central Massachusetts’ most trusted and experienced real estate professionals, born and raised right here in Leominster, MA. A lifelong resident, Kevin knows the local real estate market inside and out—neighborhoods, home values, school districts, and community trends—giving his clients a true competitive edge when buying or selling a home. The son of a forty-year Leominster Police Department veteran and a local paper mill bookkeeper, Kevin was raised on the core values of integrity, hard work, and community service. In 1991, he made history as the youngest person ever elected to the Leominster City Council, a record that still stands today.

Kevin purchased his first home at the age of 27 with his late husband John, sparking a passion for property ownership, real estate investing, and helping others build wealth through homeownership. After buying, selling, and renovating multiple investment properties across the region, Kevin became a licensed Massachusetts real estate agent in 2014 and added his New Hampshire and Rhode Island real estate license in 2021. He quickly became a top-producing Realtor®, earning Rookie of the Year, the company’s Most Growth Award, and President’s Club status every year—placing him among the top 10% of more than 500 agents in his former brokerage. Kevin is also a consistent top producer with the Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors® and was named to REAL Trends America’s Best, ranking in the top 1.5% of more than 1.6 million agents nationwide and #87 out of 27,000+ agents in Massachusetts.
