"Kevin, is outstanding and top of his profession at what he does! I used him for my first home buy and the for sale of that same home. He has the grace and patients of a pirouetting ballerina in Swan Lake. Kevin had to continually deal with the second party of my home sale and was able to work around that persons difficult personality and lack of motivation. One of Kevin’s greatest gifts is his ability to listen and offer a compassionate solution. I guess that is 2 great gifts. Kevin was able to market my home to its fullest potential while again dealing with a very difficult second party. The pictures him and his team took were outstanding. Showing my old home in a light I had not seen it in since I first bought it. It almost made me not want to sell. He did 2 days of open houses with aggressive marketing and we received multiple offers. I would recommend Kevin to anyone buying or selling a home. He knows the market and north central communities very well and can offer great insight into placing an offer and marketing your home to command top dollar. I will 100% be using Kevin for my next home purchase. After working with him buying selling I expect nothing less than the top tier service he offers."

"From the first contact Kevin was right on the hunt. In under two weeks from our first contact with Kevin he found us the perfect house. An hour after he told us about it we were there looking at it. We called him later that day and made an offer. Long story short we signed on sep 9th. If your really looking to buy a house I suggest you get ahold of Kevin and get ready to move."
